Kathy Piech-Lukas is considered one of Southwest Ohio’s top wedding resources. She has been the owner of Your Dream Day LLC since 2004 and has planned more than 250 weddings in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, during her 15 year career. She has won dozens of awards for her wedding planning work, including The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame, Couples Choice by Wedding Wire, Cincinnati A List, Top 25 Women to Watch by WIBN Dayton, the Ohio WOW Award for Best Wedding, and a coveted nomination for the ILEA Esprit Award for Best Wedding. While earning her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University, she worked in the copyediting department at St. Anthony Messenger Magazine. She published several articles in the magazine, Youth Update, and helped with the initial launch of its online presence. Prior to her career as a wedding planner, she worked in a variety of media relations and corporate marketing communications roles for two Fortune 500 companies, and with dozens of local Cincinnati and Dayton businesses as an independent consultant. In addition to being a weekly face on Channel 2 WDTN’s Living Dayton television show, she has also been featured as a wedding expert on Channel 9 WCPO-TV (Cincinnati), Channel 7 WHIO-TV (Dayton), Dayton24/7 Now (ABC 22 Fox 45), Women’s Day, Bridal Guide, Dayton Daily News, The Knot Ohio, Cincinnati Magazine, Cincinnati Enquirer, Cleveland Plain Dealer, Warren County Magazine, Middletown Journal, Hamilton Journal, Lebanon Western Star, Mason Pulse Journal, Kentucky Post, Franklin Chronicle, The Pulse, Long Island Bride & Groom, EwedNews, Wedding Marketing Online, Bride Guide, IntimateWeddings.com, and Huffington Post. We are thrilled that Margaret has joined the Devoted Cincinnati team! She is no stranger to the events industry. She spent more than ten years as a member of the wedding industry in Cincinnati. She spent her first four years as the private events coordinator for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. She then transitioned to sales manager, then senior sales manager, for weddings and events at the Newport Aquarium. After taking some time off to spend time with her two adorable daughters, Margaret took on a variety of tourism sales roles with the Clermont County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Stay, Play, Made Simple LLC. Her new role as Sales Manager of Devoted Cincinnati combines all of her talents with events and tourism into one exciting role.

Kim is no stranger to the world of advertising and weddings! Prior to becoming a wife and mom, Kim worked in the field of advertising in Boston. For the past five years, she has worked her way up the ranks from wedding assistant to wedding wingman (aka right hand person to the lead wedding planner) for Your Dream Day. In her role at Devoted Cincinnati Dayton, Kim will work directly with wedding vendors to make sure their online listings are correct, as well as scheduling their video interview sessions, writing blogs and magazine articles, and updating wedding vendor listings.
Jake of All Trades
Adventurous, passionate, hungry for life and good food — These are four terms that perfectly describe the nicknamed “Jake of All Trades.” Jake started as an intern with Your Dream Day in 2017. Since then, he has moved up the ladder from intern to wedding assistant — and then — took a short hiatus to take an internship in special events with the Academy of Country Music. We are thrilled to pieces that Jake has returned to Greater Cincinnati and brings his passion for weddings, desserts and hospitality to our industry. His personal goal in hospitality and marketing is to create a flawless vision for the brand to connect with its consumers.
